IP67 Seawater-proof body
The Swellpro Fisherman is crafted from top-notch industrial grade ABS. It's fully 100% water-sealed and rigorously tested under various pressures. To further safeguard against corrosion, both the external waterproof motors and internal electronics are coated with an anti-corrosion material.
Intelligent Drone Features
Dropping your baits and having your drone come to you has never been simpler. Once the drone has dropped its bait, just hit the return home switch, and it will fly back to the original takeoff point gracefully on its own. All you need to do is focus on reeling in your catch.
Some drones exhibit a pendulum motion when carrying a payload. This one features an Anti-Pendulum function that reduces the pendulum effect. You can also control the acceleration and deceleration to further minimize this impact.
Failsafe return activates when the battery level reaches a low threshold or the drone loses its signal. The drone will automatically release the fishing line and return to the original takeoff point.
Additional features;
The Fisherman drone comes equipped with a brand-new interference-resistant GPS and an updated altimeter design. This means the elevated GPS and Altimeter Pod offer more precise position and altitude control even in the presence of interference. It also ensures the compass always points north, even in unusual magnetic fields.
Differences with the SwellPro Splash Drone 4
- SD4 has a waterproof remote controller, not the FD1.
- SD4 has a 5 km range, FD1 range is 1.3 km.
- On the SD4, you can choose a 4K camera (1, 2 or 3 axis) and they are separate from the payload release mechanism, while on the FD1 there's only either a payload release (PL1-F) or a payload release with a 1-axis embedded HD camera (PL2-F).
- SD4 uses a smart device to fly the drone with an app since it's digital. The FD1 doesn't as it's analog. Both have the same payload capacity (4.5 lbs.), same flight time (30 min), same speed.
